Why your clients need it

You Build the Page Where the Money Moves.

Three builds where payments come up first.

The online store

The client wants one inventory count for the shop and the site.

Booking and deposits

Appointments, deposits and no-show fees need processing behind the form.

The relaunch

A new site is the moment the client asks why their processing costs what it does.
How the referral works

Introduce the Business. We Handle the Rest.

01

Introduce the business

Send a name and a number. The owner sends us their processing statement directly.

02

We match the system

We map how the business takes money, then match it to Square, Clover, NCR, Genius or the rest of the lineup.

03

We install and support it

Hardware free, leased or bought outright, installed anywhere in the country, with a support team that answers.

04

Ask about compensation

Ask us how referral compensation works for your profession, and check your own licensing rules first.

The rules for your profession

Your Own Rules Come First.

Any license you hold brings its own rules on referral fees with it.

  • If you hold a CPA, real estate, insurance or other license, check what it says about referral fees before you accept one.
  • Tell the client you are paid for the introduction. It protects the relationship you depend on.
  • You make the introduction. We present the options and the pricing to the owner ourselves.
  • Ask us how referral compensation works for your profession.

A summary for orientation, not legal advice. Your licensing board and counsel have the final word.

Commonly Asked Questions

A web designer or developer referral partner introduces a client who needs online payments or a point of sale that matches their site to BatchOut, Batch Group's payments and point-of-sale division.

What does BatchOut set up?
Payment processing and point of sale. BatchOut offers Square, Clover, Genius, BillerGenie, NCC, NCR, RMH and Order Counter, and matches each business to the processor that fits it. Hardware can be a free device for qualifying volume, a lease, or bought outright, and installation is nationwide.
How are referral partners paid?
Ask us how referral compensation works for your profession, and check your own licensing rules first. If you hold a license, its rules on referral fees apply to you.
Can I go further than referrals?
Yes. Agents and sales offices who want to sell under their own brand can apply to the Batch Group Sub ISO Program, a white-label merchant services program run on Batch's ISO registration and sponsor bank. It is selective, with real monthly minimums.
