Commonly Asked Questions

Batch Capital is the business-funding division of Batch Group. It funds working capital advances with its own capital, including advances repaid through the merchant's card terminal, and places term loans, lines of credit and equipment financing with its funding partners, with funding from $5,000 to $2 million and approvals in as little as 24 hours.

What is a merchant cash advance?
A merchant cash advance gives your business a lump sum of capital in exchange for a set percentage of your future sales. You repay a little at a time as you earn, so payments flex with your revenue instead of a fixed monthly bill. It is a fast, flexible alternative to a traditional bank loan.
How does Batch Capital work?
You send one short application and three months of business bank statements. Our team reviews your file and shops it across our network of lenders to find the best offer, then you pick the one that fits and get funded, often within 24 to 48 hours.
What does a merchant cash advance cost?
An advance is priced with a factor rate, which our funding providers currently set between 1.25 and 1.50. A $30,000 advance at 1.25 means $37,500 paid back. Repaid over 12 months that is an Estimated APR of about 46%; over 6 months, about 92%. Compare offers on Estimated APR and total payback, not the factor alone. Terms are set by the provider.
How much funding can I get?
Batch Capital funds businesses from $5,000 up to $2 million, sized to your revenue and your needs. Many businesses qualify for an amount based on their average monthly deposits.
How fast can I get funded?
Most approvals come back within 24 hours, and funds typically reach your account within 24 to 48 hours of approval.
What do I need to apply?
A short application and three months of recent business bank statements. There are no application fees, and the form usually takes only 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
What products does Batch Capital offer?
Merchant cash advances, term loans, business lines of credit, and working capital. We match the structure to your business rather than forcing you into one product.
Do I need perfect credit or collateral?
No. We work with businesses of every size and stage, including those a bank has turned down. Approval is based mainly on your revenue rather than your credit score alone, and most funding requires no collateral.
What industries and areas do you fund?
We fund businesses across nearly every industry, including retail, restaurants, e-commerce, medical, construction, trucking, and services, nationwide across the United States.
