Our Goal.
We want everyone to be able to read this site, use our calculators and apply for our services, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or magnification. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What We Have Done.
Every page is built with real headings, labelled form fields and named buttons and links. Images that carry meaning have descriptions. Text is sized to reflow on a phone without sideways scrolling, and pages can be zoomed. A Skip to content link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump past the menu. Motion holds still when your device asks for reduced motion. We raised the contrast of small and secondary text in October 2026.
What We Know Is Not Finished.
Some long forms, such as the full funding application, are still a single long page, and we have not yet tested every page with a screen reader. If anything gets in your way, we will help you by phone or email and finish the task with you.
