Who We Are.

Batch Group runs batchgroup.co and its divisions: Batch Capital, BatchOut, Batch Marketing, the Sub ISO Program and Batch Software. The site is operated by Batch Group LLC. Batch Capital funding applications are currently handled by Onyxx Media Group LLC, doing business as Batch Capital, which is the company you authorize when you apply for funding.

This policy explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What We Collect.

  • When you contact us or sign up. Your name, company, email, phone number, what you are interested in, who referred you, and your message. The newsletter collects only your email.
  • When you request a website. Your contact details, business details, links you share, design preferences, and any logo or brand files you upload.
  • When you apply for funding. Business details (name, address, phone, email, EIN, industry, start date, revenue, estimated credit score, existing loans and liens, and current processor) and, for each owner, name, ownership share, home address, phone, email, Social Security number and date of birth. You also upload bank statements, a voided check, an account and routing number screenshot and a driver’s license, and you sign electronically. While you fill out the application, we save your contact details, requested amount and progress so we can follow up if you do not finish.
  • When you order from a link we send you. Your shipping name and address. Card payments are handled on Square’s checkout page, and we do not receive your card number.
  • When you apply for a job. Your name, phone, email and resume. If you take a video interview, we record your video and audio answers, and the interview page notes events such as leaving the page or more than one face on camera, to keep interviews fair.
  • Automatically. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. We note the page you first landed on, the website that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, and attach that to forms you submit. Your browser also stores unsent form drafts on your own device. A funding application draft never stores your Social Security number, EIN or signature.

How We Use It.

  • To answer you and provide the service you asked about.
  • To review a funding application, verify the information, and obtain business and personal credit reports, as you authorize when you apply.
  • To present your application to funding providers when we place a deal.
  • To process orders, run hiring, and send the emails you signed up for.
  • To understand how the site performs, keep it secure, and meet our legal obligations.

Who We Share It With.

  • Funding providers. When Batch Capital places an application with a third-party funder, we share your full application and documents with that funder, including Social Security number, date of birth and bank statements, through an expiring secure link or by email. The company funding your transaction is named in your agreement before you sign it.
  • Service providers who work for us, only to run our business: website hosting and file storage (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email (Resend and Google), analytics (Google), AI document processing that reads documents such as bank statements for our underwriting team (Anthropic), our team chat notifications, and payments (Square).
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Protect It.

Funding applications and their documents are encrypted when stored, and access is limited to staff who need it. Links we share with funders expire after 7 days. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep It.

As long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, and as long as the law requires afterward. Documents uploaded to an application that is never submitted are deleted automatically, generally within a day.

Your Choices.

  • Email. Unsubscribe with the link in any email we send.
  • Access or deletion. Email partners@batchgroup.co to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records the law requires us to keep.
  • Analytics. Block cookies in your browser, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children.

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
