Who Texts You.
Texts from BatchOut and the other Batch Group divisions are sent through a messaging account held by Onyxx Media Group LLC, which operates our business text line. Every text names the division it comes from.
What We Send.
Conversational texts about your inquiry or your account: answers to your questions, appointment and install scheduling, follow-ups you asked for, and support for the payment systems we set up. Message frequency varies with your conversation.
How You Opt In.
- By texting our line first.
- By checking the text message box on our contact form at batchgroup.co/contact. The box is never pre-checked.
- By asking one of our team members to text you and giving them your mobile number.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase or service.
How to Stop or Get Help.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We confirm once and send nothing more unless you opt back in by replying START.
- Reply HELP for help, or email partners@batchgroup.co.
- Call BatchOut at (201) 701-1441.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Mobile Information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates, and we do not sell them.
We use your number only to text you about your inquiry or account. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that deliver and store our messages for us, and only to do that.
