Batch Capital for Merchant Services Agents: You Already Have the Processing Statements.
Your merchants trust you with their card volume. Batch Group runs payments too, so an advance can be repaid from the same settlements you set up.

Most states let an agent refer an advance freely. A growing few register anyone paid to arrange one.
- New York has no broker license. A broker who presents offers must first deliver the funder's disclosures (23 NYCRR 600.21). We present every offer ourselves.
- New Jersey has no commercial financing disclosure law or broker license in force as of October 2026.
- Virginia and Connecticut register anyone paid to arrange this financing in their state (Va. Code 6.2-2228; Conn. Gen. Stat. ch. 669). Check before referring there.
- We provide a written disclosure of any referral fee so you can give it to your merchant.
