Lines of credit
A business line of credit is a set limit a business can draw from, repay and draw again, paying interest only on the amount outstanding. The limit is set on the business's deposits, history and credit, and the line stays open for future gaps.
Batch Capital places lines of credit with its lending partners. The lender is named in your agreement before you sign. Talk to Matt: +1 (201) 862-4048
The Terms, in Plain Words.
- How much
- A limit set per file, on deposits, time in business and credit.
- What it costs
- Interest on the outstanding balance only. Some lines add a draw fee or a monthly fee; ask for every fee in writing.
- How it is repaid
- Each draw is repaid weekly or monthly, and the repaid amount is available to draw again.
- How long
- The line stays open for its term and is reviewed for renewal.
- How fast
- As fast as 1 to 3 days to open from a complete file.
- Who qualifies
- Steady deposits and a few months of history. Our panel's general floors are 3+ months and $10,000+ a month; a line usually asks for more than an advance.
Timing depends on the provider, the time of day you apply, and how quickly documents arrive. Files submitted with complete bank statements before 2 PM Eastern on a business day are the ones that fund fastest. Not every file funds in a day.
