Why your clients need funding

Every Plan Has a Funding Line Item.

Four engagements where the capital decides whether the plan happens.

The growth plan

A second location, a new line or a large contract needs capital before the revenue it will produce.

The turnaround

The client has stacked short-term advances and needs one payment the business can carry.

The 13-week cash forecast

Your forecast shows the trough. A line of credit sized to it costs less than a scramble.

The bank relationship that stalled

The client needs an SBA or term option and a lender that reads more than a credit score.
How the referral works

You Bring the Plan. We Bring the Capital.

01

Introduce the client

Share the plan or the forecast with the client's consent, so the structure fits the use of funds.

02

Matt reads the file same day

A person reads the statements the day they arrive and calls the client with a straight answer.

03

A structure, not just a quote

Consolidation, term, SBA or a line, compared side by side with the true cost of each.

04

You are paid when it funds

Paid on every file that funds, under a written partner agreement, with a written disclosure you can hand the client.

Every line of credit

One Desk for Every Kind of Funding.

Term loans, SBA loans, lines of credit, equipment financing and advances, matched to what the business actually needs.

Term loans

Up to $5,000,000 through our bank partners, fixed payments over up to 12 years, from 8.77% APR.

SBA loans

SBA 7(a) and 504 loans up to $5,000,000 for expansion, real estate and buying a business, over 5 to 25 years.

Lines of credit

Draw what you need when you need it, and pay interest only on what is outstanding.

Equipment financing

Trucks, machines and buildouts, financed against the equipment itself over 2 to 7 years.

Working capital advances

Funded by us with our own capital, as fast as same day, repaid from card sales or a fixed transfer.

Consolidation and refinancing

Roll existing advances or high-cost debt into one structure the business can carry.
The rules for your profession

You Introduce. We Present the Offer.

Consulting is unlicensed, but a credential you hold and New York's commercial finance law both shape the referral.

  • A consultant who is a licensed CPA follows the CPA rules: no fee on an attest client, written disclosure on the rest (N.J.A.C. 13:29-3.12; 8 NYCRR 29.10).
  • In New York, presenting offers for pay makes you a broker with disclosure duties (23 NYCRR 600.1). A pure introduction does not, so we present every offer.
  • On New York financings of $2.5 million or less, we tell the client in writing how and by whom any referral partner is paid (23 NYCRR 600.21(f)).
  • Registered investment advisers are outside this paid program.

Commonly Asked Questions

A consultant or fractional CFO referral partner introduces a client whose plan needs capital to Batch Capital, which structures and funds or places the financing across term, SBA, line, equipment and advance products.

Can a business consultant earn a referral fee on financing?
Yes. Business consulting is not a licensed profession in New Jersey or New York, and Batch Capital pays on every file that funds under a written partner agreement. If you hold a CPA license, the CPA rules apply: no fee on an attest client and written disclosure on every other.
Does referring financing make me a broker in New York?
Not if you only introduce the client. New York's commercial finance rule (23 NYCRR 600.1) treats someone paid to negotiate, present offers or handle documents as a broker with disclosure duties. We present every offer and handle the documents, so a partner's role stays an introduction.
Can you refinance or consolidate stacked advances?
Yes. Consolidation and refinancing are one of our product lines. We roll existing advances or high-cost debt into one structure the business can carry, and show the true cost before and after.
Can I stay on the calls with the client?
Yes. A consultant who built the plan should hear the structure. We present the offers to the client and you can sit in on every conversation.
Do you work with registered investment advisers?
Not as paid referral partners. An adviser's compensation is governed by securities rules we do not administer, so RIAs are outside this program. A client introduction without a fee is welcome.
