Square Invoices for Drivers, BillerGenie for Fleets.
These are not shop management systems; there is no VIN lookup or labor guide here. They are the tools in our lineup built to get a repair ticket paid.
Also in the lineup
Clover Virtual Terminal. For a shop already on Clover: keyed and stored card payments at the keyed-in rate with AVS and CVV checks, no extra monthly fee.
Estimates by text
Send detailed estimates by email, text or link, and convert them to invoices automatically on Plus.
Deposits on parts
Request a deposit up front, then set a separate due date for the balance.
ACH on big tickets
Bank transfer on a Square invoice is 1% with a $10 cap on Plus, so a $3,000 repair costs $10.
Fleet reminders that escalate
BillerGenie's reminders start gentle and progress to more serious warnings, with late fees applied automatically.
Fleet portal
Fleet managers pay several open invoices at once, store payment details and set up autopay.
QuickBooks two-way sync
BillerGenie syncs both ways with QuickBooks, so payments post without re-keying.

Square's automotive page describes creating and sending estimates and work orders and updating customers by email and text. The Square pricing page lists estimates on every plan, sent by email, text or shared link, automatic conversion of estimates to invoices on Square Plus, deposits requested up front with a separate due date for the balance, and automatic reminders before, on or after the due date. Square Invoices can also save a customer's card to the directory for billing.
On large tickets the published numbers favor bank transfer: a card on file or keyed payment is 3.5% + 15¢, while ACH on a Square invoice is 1% with a $1 minimum, capped at $10 on Square Plus and Premium.
BillerGenie is built for accounts receivable: it automates bill presentment, follow-up, collection and reconciliation. Its reminder sequence starts gentle and escalates, its Late Fee Manager calculates and applies finance charges, its customer portal lets a client pay multiple open invoices at once and set up autopay, and it syncs both ways with QuickBooks. It also supports compliant surcharging that checks the card BIN and suppresses the surcharge on debit and prepaid cards, and dual pricing.
None of these tools replaces shop management software. We did not find a verified integration with shop management systems for the products in our lineup, so we set them up to run beside the system you use for repair orders.
